The property, held within the family for over 100 years, is unique due to its 360 degree views of the ocean, surrounding farmland and the adjacent Lonsdale Golf Course. The sandstone residence of 'Longueville' was established in 1997, with an indoor heated pool and spa added in 2007 to take advantage of the natural subterranean springs.
